Four Days and Counting...

Four more days, counting down to the deadline of mid-term project game has begun.. The progress? We have succeeded to make the main menu interface correctly, and we also have collected all the necessary images needed for our game. The one and only problem is to make the gameplay. We are still trying to understand the logic for the position and action that will be implemented in the game.

Tomorrow morning I will ask one of my classmates who is very good at this to teach me ^^ Hopefully we'll be able to make big improvement tomorrow, 'coz we still have to think about the individual game which will be our final project. I already have the ideas on the story and material for my final project, but I haven't got the chance to make or find the images for it. I just can hope that after we have finished this mid-term project, there'll be a light in my mind to guide me :p

Today we have a new class called MJENI. Surprisingly, I could follow it and understand it from the very beginning :) Well, maybe it's because this class doesn't involve the use of logic (which is definitely my weakness). In this class, we will make a mobile English learning module. I have chosen Conditional Clauses as my topic. I'm so excited because once again this is the first time in my technology class that I can understand and follow the lesson smoothly ^^

Okay, I guess that's all for today. I'll have to have some good rest now because tomorrow is gonna be a hectic day. I plan to come at 7, the technology class starts at 9 and ends at 3, and finally the English class starts from 3 to 6. What a schedule, right ><>

Nice Way to Start My Monday!!

Hi all!! Miss me? No? Okay, no hard feelings :p This is my first post after the assignment where I had to report my progress on the Game Project is done! Meaning to say: this is my first post that I write because I want to. Well, actually it is greatly influenced by my beloved students :) I temporarily teach at a local university in my city, and this semester I have the chance to teach this great class called CRW. It stands for Critical Reading and Writing. At first, it felt like a nightmare! Why? 'coz it is 4 credits in a row!! Can you imagine teaching for more or less 3,5 straight hours?? I was confused of what to do so that they wouldn't sleep out of boredom. Four Days Synopsis

Olla ^^ I have to say that the past 4 days were not my best days :p There's so much going on. Some old problems added up with some new troubles, so I couldn't take it anymore, at least my body protested first, forcing me to take some really good rest without any disturbance. I shouldn't tell you ALL my problems 'coz that will make this blog seems pathetic, right ^^ I just can say: dealing with emotions WELL is not one of my characteristics. I'd say it sucks! That's exactly why I prefer dealing with animals rather than people, coz animals, esp dogs, never lie. They're straightforward; everytime they make mistakes, they apologize and try to make it up to us. Needless to say, only a few people do the same thing in the exact same situation. Living on our own in peace is much better than living with other people full of arguments, suspicions and anger.
