More Projects, Less Time

Wow!! Today we learned more about making a mobile teaching materials. The same like yesterday, surprisingly, I could follow all the instructions quite well. It felt so exciting when we feel that we can do it.

There was a lunch break, and the class continued at 2 p.m. That's when the lightning news stroke us. In two weeks time, we will have to teach RPG game maker, which will be recorded at UGM and then broadcasted all over Jogja. Wow... we were speechless, well, at least I was speechless ><

About the game project, this morning one of my classmates has taught me more about the coding, and I felt that I have better understanding now, but frankly I'm still not sure whether I can make it on time or not (hopefully I can :p).

The progress today (for the game) is that we are able to initiate the prime background along with the score and timer as well as the instructions. The problem is that we haven't been able to place the sprite character in the middle of the screen and surrounded by the arrows.

Well, let's just hope that we can get the additional time we ask for the game project, b'coz with all this tight schedule, it will be very difficult to fulfil the demand.

Ok all, I think that's all for tonight. I'm really tired and I still have quite a schedule tomorrow, teaching and studying as well. So, I guess I have to give my mind and my body some rest if I want to be able to do all the activities well tomorrow. So, keep your spirit high and God bless ^^

Nice Way to Start My Monday!!

Hi all!! Miss me? No? Okay, no hard feelings :p This is my first post after the assignment where I had to report my progress on the Game Project is done! Meaning to say: this is my first post that I write because I want to. Well, actually it is greatly influenced by my beloved students :) I temporarily teach at a local university in my city, and this semester I have the chance to teach this great class called CRW. It stands for Critical Reading and Writing. At first, it felt like a nightmare! Why? 'coz it is 4 credits in a row!! Can you imagine teaching for more or less 3,5 straight hours?? Four Days Synopsis

Olla ^^ I have to say that the past 4 days were not my best days :p There's so much going on. Some old problems added up with some new troubles, so I couldn't take it anymore, at least my body protested first, forcing me to take some really good rest without any disturbance. I shouldn't tell you ALL my problems 'coz that will make this blog seems pathetic, right ^^ I just can say: dealing with emotions WELL is not one of my characteristics. I'd say it sucks! That's exactly why I prefer dealing with animals rather than people, coz animals, esp dogs, never lie. They're straightforward; everytime they make mistakes, they apologize and try to make it up to us. Needless to say, only a few people do the same thing in the exact same situation. Living on our own in peace is much better than living with other people full of arguments, suspicions and anger.
